At Glow & Go Sydney, we are committed to ensuring customer satisfaction. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return under the conditions outlined below.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- Returns can only be requested after the product has been physically delivered
- Return shipping costs are fully the responsibility of the customer, including any international shipping fees, customs duties, or import charges
- Items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and returned in their original condition, including all tags and labels
- Trying on items is allowed, but wearing them beyond fitting is not permitted
- Orders placed in multiple sizes with the intention of returning part of the order are not accepted
Return Process
To ensure a smooth return process, please follow these steps:
- Submit your return request by emailing info@glowgosydney.com within 14 days of receiving your order
- After approval, you will receive the return address of our supplier
- Ship the item back at your own expense, including any applicable customs or shipping costs
- We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping method (Track & Trace), as you are responsible for the return shipment
Refunds
Once your returned item has been:
- Received at the designated return address
- Inspected and approved
We will process your refund within 14 days using the original payment method.
Liability & Responsibility
- Glow & Go Sydney is not responsible for lost return shipments; customers must provide proof of shipment and tracking
- If the tracking shows the package has been delivered to the provided address, the return is considered completed
- Providing an incorrect shipping address during checkout is the customer’s responsibility
- Any address errors must be reported within 24 hours after placing the order
Important Notes
- Returns that do not meet the conditions above may be rejected
- We reserve the right to deny returns that show signs of use or damage
- Delays caused by customs, shipping carriers, or external factors are outside of our control
