Return Policy

At Glow & Go Sydney, we are committed to ensuring customer satisfaction. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return under the conditions outlined below.


Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • Returns can only be requested after the product has been physically delivered
  • Return shipping costs are fully the responsibility of the customer, including any international shipping fees, customs duties, or import charges
  • Items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and returned in their original condition, including all tags and labels
  • Trying on items is allowed, but wearing them beyond fitting is not permitted
  • Orders placed in multiple sizes with the intention of returning part of the order are not accepted

Return Process

To ensure a smooth return process, please follow these steps:

  1. Submit your return request by emailing info@glowgosydney.com within 14 days of receiving your order
  2. After approval, you will receive the return address of our supplier
  3. Ship the item back at your own expense, including any applicable customs or shipping costs
  4. We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping method (Track & Trace), as you are responsible for the return shipment

Refunds

Once your returned item has been:

  • Received at the designated return address
  • Inspected and approved

We will process your refund within 14 days using the original payment method.


Liability & Responsibility

  • Glow & Go Sydney is not responsible for lost return shipments; customers must provide proof of shipment and tracking
  • If the tracking shows the package has been delivered to the provided address, the return is considered completed
  • Providing an incorrect shipping address during checkout is the customer’s responsibility
  • Any address errors must be reported within 24 hours after placing the order

Important Notes

  • Returns that do not meet the conditions above may be rejected
  • We reserve the right to deny returns that show signs of use or damage
  • Delays caused by customs, shipping carriers, or external factors are outside of our control
